1. Services
Futrell Landscapes ("we," "us") provides landscape, irrigation, hardscape, and lawn-maintenance services to residential and commercial clients in coastal North Carolina. We are a licensed North Carolina Landscape Contractor, Irrigation Contractor, and Pesticide Ground Applicator.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Any estimate provided through our website or chatbot is a ballpark range only and is not a binding quote. Final pricing is determined after a free on-site visit and a signed agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes.
3. Scheduling & Work
We will schedule work in good faith based on weather, crew availability, and material lead times. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits may be required for hardscape and installation projects, with the balance due upon completion.
